How do I know if my property taxes are paid by my mortgage company?
If your mortgage company pays your property tax, a box in the top right corner of your tax notice labeled "Mortgage Company" will list the name of the mortgage company that has requested your tax account balance. In many cases mortgage companies will notify you of their "payment date" but the taxes are not actually paid until the due date.

If your tax account does not appear as paid by December 9, please contact your mortgage company to verify payment.
