UCA § 17-50-303 Public Hearing

Public notice is hereby given that the Summit County Council (“County”), in accordance with UCA §17-50-303, will conduct a public hearing to discuss and possibly take action regarding a proposal to enter into an Agreement for Ground Lease and Acquisition of Real Property for Employee Housing at the Canyons Village, Park City, Utah. The public hearing will be held:

The Canyons Village Management Association, Inc. (“CVMA”) is requesting that once the Assessment Bonds, which are potentially being used to purchase LVDAM-LV6, are retired through the payment of assessments by the designated property owners within the Canyons SPA, that the County transfer ownership of LVDAM-LV6 to the CVMA for non-monetary consideration, as described in a study conducted by the County according to UCA §17-50-303(4)(e) and made available at least fourteen (14) days prior to the public hearing (the “Study”).
