3. Public hearing and possible action on a variance to the Snyderville Basin Development Code Section 10-2-4(E.7) to decrease the required 100 foot lake/pond setback up to 50 feet. The owner of the property is requesting to demolish an existing single family dwelling constructed in 1991 and is proposing to construct a new single family dwelling which would not meet the lake/pond setback requirement.
