Environmental Health Laboratory Technician Intern

Summit County is currently recruiting for a Laboratory Technician. Will be working 20 hours per week. This position will perform a variety of entry level technical duties such as routine water quality sampling, lab work, and other basic Laboratory functions as trained.

Minimum Qualifications

Must graduate from high school and two (2) years of general employment experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Competent with the use of word processing and spreadsheet operations and overall basic computer skills, capable of performing timely and accurate work, capable of following verbal and written instructions, reliable and self-motivated, able to maintain organization of files and able to evaluate procedures to increase effectiveness. Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Salary Range:

Environmental Health Laboratory Technician Intern: $12.00/hr
